Position:Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor to provide a variety of vocational services that may include but are not limited to:Conduct vocational assessments including the delivery and interpretation of standardized testing and vocational counselling to determine suitable occupations based on client limitations.
Provide vocational services that may include formal on-the-job training, job search and job development activities
Apply organizational and decision-making skills to manage a time constraint caseload
Establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with various stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and community health care providers
Maintain a caseload and ensure company specific file management protocols followed
Requirements:Bilingual (French & English) Oral and written
Completion of University Degree
Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong Team Player
Assets:Experience working with people who have physical and/or mental disabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$37.00 per hour
