Job Overview

Erito Sushi is hiring a Food Service Attendant to join our dynamic team at Uptown. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to learn multiple aspects of quick-service Japanese cuisine. You'll primarily work front-of-house but also support back-of-house as needed.

We value energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude. No prior experience is necessary, we will train you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and operate the cashier with speed and accuracy
  • Clean and reset tables and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Support with general cleaning tasks (floors, counters, garbage, etc.)
  • Assist with light kitchen prep
  • Operate the deep fryer and assist with cooking during busy hours
  • Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are always met
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members across all stations
