Responsabilités :

  • Relation avec les locataires : Assurer la satisfaction des locataires et résoudre les problèmes rapidement.

  • Gérer et superviser les opérations quotidiennes d'un portefeuille de propriétés.

  • Coordonner les travaux de maintenance, rénovations et travaux des dépenses en capital

  • Gérer les budgets et les calendriers de maintenance.

  • Gestion des Urgence : L'employé doit être disponible pour gérer les urgences, parfois en dehors des heures de travail régulier

  • Supervision du personnel: Diriger, former, accompagner, les concierges, agents de locations et employés de maintenance

  • Gestion des baux et avis de renouvellements

  • Représentation au Tribunal administratif du logement

  • Autre taches administrative 

Qualifications :

  • Expérience en gestion immobilière.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. Français professionnel requis, Bilingue un atout.
  • Capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Connaissance approfondie des lois et réglementations immobilières en vigueur.
  • Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Connaissance de Hopem (un atout)
  • DEC ou BAC en administration ou commerce ou génie (un Atout)
