Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a strong background in bodywork and mechanical knowledge. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Perform body repairs on vehicles, including frame straightening, panel replacement, and painting.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards.
  • Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during the repair process.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Dealership experience is a plus, providing familiarity with specific vehicle models and manufacturer standards.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
  • Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools relevant to auto body work.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of the job requirements.
