Trillium Health Partners owns and operates four outpatient pharmacies (Pharmacentres) across the three main Trillium Health Partners sites (Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Hospital, and the Queensway Health Centre). Hours of the THP Pharmacentres
Queensway Health Pharmacentre: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Mississauga Hospital Pharmacentre: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Guru Nanak Dev Pharmacentre (Credit Valley Hospital): Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

CVH Oncology Pharmacentre: 8am to 5pm

Please note that the THP Pharmacentre team operates as one group of staff, therefore you must be available to work at all THP Pharmacentre site for all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions
• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Support inventory management and daily pharmacy operations

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
• Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
