Candidates Must Have:

A valid AZ Drivers LicenseClean commercial abstract and CVOR.The ability to pass a road test.Willingness to work flexible shifts. Recommended 5 years of verifiable experience.A positive attitude, and willingness to be a part of a strong team focused on Getting the Job Done Right, While Kicking Ass and Having Fun

What will your day look like:

Set up the trailer at the farm for it to be loaded with poultryLoading your trailer with catching crews or loaders Managing the load, following animal welfare requirements  Tarping, chaining, and strapping of trailersAccurate weighing of empty and loaded cargo for processingCommunication with dispatch, foreman, and farmers dailyCompletion of paperwork, including Electronic logs and bill of ladingsNo border crossings or long-haul destinations
