Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a solid understanding of medical supply terminology and the ability to handle medical billing and coding responsibilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Possibility of future Saturday rotations
Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate knowledge of medical supply products with particular focus on: safety/toileting equipment, walkers and mobility aids, incontinence, ostomy care, and general aids to daily living.
- Receive inbound calls from therapists to facilitate orders, joint visits, and coordinate product delivery
- Answer phone and respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Accurately enter customer orders and ensure documentation flow
- Liaise with med supplies to ensure products on hand, and order processing
- Reach out to industry reps for product related assistance
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical billing and coding processes is essential.
- Proficiency in using Lightspeed and Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and health information management practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required; bilingual candidates will have an advantage.
- A background in clinic or hospital settings is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
