Job Overview

As a Crew Member, you'll bring Shelby's experience to life at our Downtown London store, serving awesome food, providing top-notch service, and keeping shifts fun and smooth alongside your team.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve shawarma meals using authentic recipes for top quality.
  • Deliver warm, personalized guest experiences with a smile.
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe store, including the dining room, restroom, and exterior.
  • Meet hygiene, food quality, and safety standards.
  • Stay efficient during busy rushes and perform other assigned tasks.

Skills

  • Food industry or kitchen experience is a plus (not required, we'll train you).
  • Strong time and task management for a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp attention to detail for quality and cleanliness.
  • Great communication skills to wow guests.
  • Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 25 lbs. frequently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
