Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter/PPF INSTALLER to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying window tint film to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets customer expectations. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various tools and techniques to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy. Prior dealership experience or mechanical knowledge is highly valued, and candidates should be committed to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Apply window tint film accurately and efficiently to vehicle windows, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free finish
  • Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas as needed before tint application
  • Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install tint film according to specifications
  • Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials
  • Assist with other automotive repair or maintenance tasks as required, leveraging mechanical knowledge when applicable
  • Follow all safety protocols during the installation process, including proper handling of tools and materials

Qualifications

  • Previous dealership experience or automotive tinting background is preferred
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience with automotive repair is a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanic skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting
  • Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision and quality workmanship
  • Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand for detailed work
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining safety standards
  • Prior experience with automotive or mechanic work is advantageous but not mandatory
