At Red Barn Market, we take pride in providing our community with delicious deli offerings. As a Deli Supervisor at our Latoria store, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality deli products.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise in various duties of the deli and sandwich bar such as cooking, packaging, and serving.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Packaging & Labeling: Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.
  • Food Preparation: Maintain food preparation standards according to company guidelines.
  • Food Safety: Supervise employees in food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Food safety knowledge
  • Experience: Previous work in a deli or food service environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
  • Passion: A genuine love for quality deli offerings and exceptional customer service. Great attitude and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
