We are seeking a passionate and skilled R&D Test Baker to support the product development team in the creation, testing, and commercialization of new bread products. Reporting to the Director of R&D, this position plays a key role in developing and optimizing bread products by executing test protocols, evaluating product quality and documenting results.

The "Recipe" - Job Essentials
- Prepare lab and pilot/plant-scale samples and prototypes according to formulas and process instructions.
- Assist in ingredient scaling, mixing, baking and packaging trials.
- Document experimental details, observations, and results accurately.
- Conduct basic product testing and evaluation (e.g. texture, moisture, sensory).
- Support shelf-life studies and product stability testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pilot facilities in compliance with GMP and safety protocols.

- Diploma or degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, Food Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in bread making.
- Strong hands-on baking skills and knowledge of bakery process (bread, pastries)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with food processing equipment.
- Strong organization and record keeping skills.
- Good understanding of food safety and GMP.
- Team player.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extend period of time.
