Hockey Goalie Trainer

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Goalie Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in hockey. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring that all trainees achieve their goals.

Duties

• Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of participants, focusing on goalie techniques.
• Conduct engaging training sessions that promote skill development and confidence.
• Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Maintain a safe and supportive training environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a cohesive training approach.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in goalie instruction and training methodologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in hockey or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants of all ages.
• Knowledge of goalie techniques, safety practices, and instructional methods.
• Ability to adapt training styles to meet diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
