Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (In-person)

Compensation: $17.23 – $25.04 per hour (commensurate with experience)

iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is Canada's only national neuro-focused rehabilitation network. Our multidisciplinary team includes Neurologists, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Chiropractors, OTs, RMTs, and Mental Health professionals, all working together to help patients recover from concussion, injury, and chronic pain.

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and compassionate Kinesiologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain clinical experience in a collaborative, specialist-led setting that values innovation, learning, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized exercise, movement, and stretch therapy programs based on assessments and patient goals.
  • Support treatment plans for patients recovering from concussion, chronic pain, or orthopedic injuries.
  • Educate clients on proper movement techniques, posture, and injury prevention.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
  • Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and Physicians to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust exercise programs in coordination with treating clinicians.
  • Participate in clinic wellness initiatives or group sessions as needed.
  • Stay current with emerging rehabilitation and kinesiology research to support evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field (required).
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO) preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in concussion and pain management considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and motivate clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
