This opportunity is with the Enterprise Applications team and will support the ongoing development of the Research Administration System (RAIS). RAIS is a joint venture between University Systems and the Office of Research Services and is built on the Grails framework. This position takes a lead role in the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of enterprise information systems for the University of Victoria, including:core administrative systems (ERP) and business applications,academic systems,web sites and applications,enterprise reporting, andidentity management.Functions include: project management, in-depth analysis and investigation of business/functional requirements, development, maintenance and enhancement of information systems and the creation of related documentation related to the implementation of information systems.
