Supreme Lock Solutions Ltd. is a locally owned commercial lock and safe service business. We offer commercial services across Nova Scotia, based in Halifax, and New Brunswick, based in Saint John.

This is an on-the-road full-time service position. The successful applicant must be willing to travel throughout Nova Scotia and be able to work in all weather conditions. Requires valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Who We Want – Our Goal Applicants:

· Experienced Locksmith / Safe Technician with 2-5YRS or More Experience to join our growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Your Qualifications & Experience:

  • Physically fit; able to lift and assist with safe/vault deliveries, installations, and repairs
  • Skilled with power/hand tools; capable of disassembling and assembling products
  • Available for after-hours and on-call work
  • Strong customer service skills, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and training; sales experience an asset
  • Clear communicator (verbal/written) and comfortable using phones and apps
  • Self-motivated, reliable, organized, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Experience with safes, vaults, mechanical/electronic locks, and safe deposit boxes is a major asset.

What You'll Do with Us - Duties and Responsibilities:

Applicants vary in experience; some may require more time and training than others. The duties and responsibilities will be catered to the successful applicant and agreed upon by both parties.

  • Service and repair door hardware, key/re-key locks, and cut/make keys.
  • Install door hardware and automatic door operators per customer specifications.
  • Advise customers on security products/services based on their needs.
  • Repair and maintain safe bolt work, combination locks and timing devices.
  • You may also sell, install and maintain other security mechanisms, fit safes and security devices

  • Prepare and submit all paperwork in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain, clean and secure company vehicle, tools and equipment according to policy.
