Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Developer
with strong expertise in
VB.NET
and
Microsoft SQL Server
to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications and reports, ensuring high performance and reliability across systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    VB.NET
    applications and components.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot
    complex Transact-SQL (T-SQL) stored procedures
    , functions, and queries.
  • Develop and maintain reports using
    Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of existing systems.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best development practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in VB.NET
    for application development.
  • Strong experience with MS SQL Server
    and
    Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
    , including writing and optimizing complex stored procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
    for report design and development.
  • Solid understanding of
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    and version control practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with
