Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kelowna. This is an office-based, entry-level role ideal for a motivated individual who wants to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization. The position supports the Vice President in marketing initiatives, brand development, product development, procurement, sales outreach, and order coordination for existing customers.

While previous experience is an asset, recent graduates are welcome to apply—we provide full training. The ideal candidate brings strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and brand initiatives.
  • Support sales outreach through lead generation, client follow-ups, and preparation of presentations or proposals.
  • Coordinate order processing and customer communications to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President on product development and procurement activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, website content, and social media channels.
  • Track and report on marketing and sales metrics using CRM and other software tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the agrifood and life sciences sectors.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for the Sales and Marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest or background in agrifood, logistics, or life sciences industries is an asset.
