What You Will Do
The Transition Manager I will be responsible for managing the Mobilization efforts during the construction phase, Warranty Program during the early operations phase, and leading the Risk & Compliance Program during the long-term operations phase.
How You Will Do It
Mobilization / Transition Management:
- Review project contracts and participate in Sales to Operations Handovers to identify the resources, systems, and processes required for start of operations. Support the site team through coordination with SMEs and vendors for the completion of the deliverables required for operational readiness.
- Develop and manage Transitions Schedules that track the requirements for operational readiness.
- Lead Transition Schedule Review Meetings.
- Participate in Design Reviews, as required.
- Conduct Transition Post-Mortem to capture lessons learned for future benefits.
Warranty Management
- Develop Warranty Protocol including compilation of Asset Warranty Schedule.
- Lead Warranty Management meetings with Site Team, Design Builder and Project Co (if applicable).
- Track active Warranty Events monitor for potential KPI impacts, communicating to the Site Team and Design Builder. Assist with relief and extension requests as required.
- Track Warranty Related deductions, including final Post-Warranty report.
Risk & Compliance
- Lead Stratified Assessment Program – ensure compliance to business best practices and contract requirements through performance assessments.
- Develop quality management processes supporting the business including the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that outline how we will deliver on our service obligations.
What We Look For
- 5 years experience in facility management and operations discipline including planning and scheduling, subcontractor management, project management
- 3 years experience in P3 account transition or operations management
- High proficiency in Microsoft Suite of tools and CMMS applications
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of a wide area of P3 FM/O&M Business, business systems and infrastructures
- Ability to plan and execute projects and a high degree of effectiveness in team leadership
- Occasional travel (10%) required

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $90,500 - $124,400 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
