We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our condominium community, ensuring that all aspects of management are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
- Job Summary:
The Condominium Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our condominium community, including:
- Supervising on-site staff and contractors
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and owners
- Organizing and attending Board meetings and other events as required
- Conducting site inspections and completing monthly reports
- Drafting annual operating and reserve fund budgets
- Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors
- Administering financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing invoices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Yardi
- Knowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
