About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Parquet & Hardwood Flooring Contractor to join our crew. If you take pride in your craft, pay attention to the details, and have solid experience working with parquet flooring, we want to hear from you.

You'll be working on a mix of residential and commercial projects—everything from restoring classic parquet floors to installing new hardwood with top-quality finishes. We value tradespeople who care about doing the job right and take satisfaction in seeing great results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Install, repair, and refinish parquet and hardwood flooring to high standards.
  • Bring old parquet floors back to life through sanding, staining, and finishing.
  • Read and follow drawings, measurements, and layouts accurately.
  • Use flooring tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work with project leads and other trades to keep jobs running smoothly.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience installing and finishing parquet flooring — this is a strong asset.
  • Solid understanding of patterns, layouts, and finishing techniques.
  • Experience in hardwood flooring installation and restoration.
  • Bonus skills in tile, trim, or general carpentry work.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well on your own or as part of a team.
