Position title: Customer Service Representative
Position: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Hybrid)
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Respond to incoming customers' calls
- Enter customer orders by phone, email, fax and EDI.
- Respond to customer's requests regarding the follow-ups on their orders, returns and out-of-stock inventory
- Reconciliation of consignment inventory located at hospitals & clinics, and proceeds with necessary follow-ups with the sales representatives and customers.
- Process credits, issue invoices and authorize returns
- Coordinate deliveries with the distribution center, track and research packages.
- Work with the sales representatives for quotations on samples of equipment and products
- Daily follow-ups on all open lines and open order report.
- Effective use of technology and software to respond to customers quickly and accurately
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders (marketing, customer service, sales)
- Report adverse events and special safety situations immediately after their reception to the pharmacovigilance department as per current SOPs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Bilingual in French and English required
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position - Experience in the medical device industry and eye surgery is an asset
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Familiar with PeopleSoft, SFDC and EDI systems assets
- Self-motivated and can project a positive attitude even under pressure
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of service, in a positive way
- Attentive to details and rigorous
