We're expanding — and looking for a true hunter who loves chasing new business, closing deals, and being rewarded for results.
What You'll Do
- Hunt for new business opportunities (consulting, training, and RFP-based projects).
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to proposal and closing.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine our growth strategy.
- Track your pipeline, conversions, and KPIs.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in B2B or professional services sales.
- A hunter with a track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Self-starter — motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
- Bonus: experience selling consulting, training, or learning solutions.
Compensation Structure (Performance-Driven)
Base: $1,500/month (draw against commissions)
(non-recoverable for first 2 months, then recoverable)
Commission:
- 10% on monthly sales up to $25K
- 15% on $25K–$75K
- 20% on $75K+
- +5% bonus for recurring contracts (12+ months)
Bonuses:
- $1,000 quarterly bonus for hitting sales targets
- Uncapped earning potential
OTE: $75K–$175K+ (based on performance)
Sales Targets
- $50K–$75K in new business per month
- $150K–$225K quarterly target
- $600K–$800K annual target
- Maintain a 3× pipeline (e.g., $150K+ in active opportunities)
