Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Enhance advisor's effectiveness by providing information management support.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, sort, and distribute the mail
  • General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties/projects
  • Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork
  • Order and handle office supplies, coordinate vendors
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate all conference calls and webinars
  • Manage the Advisors' calendars: Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes, resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Bank deposits to near by bank.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-years experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset and proven ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and results oriented
  • Superior customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up effectively
  • Proven ability to work in a professional team environment
  • Takes initiative and identifies opportunities to add value
  • Experience working with a Securities Brokerage firm an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
