Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Welder / Manufacturing Specialist to support our repair, maintenance, and small construction projects. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components for a variety of applications, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding accurately and efficiently.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures for repair, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain welding tools, equipment, and workspace in safe, clean condition.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a welder in repair, maintenance, or fabrication work.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication practices.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity to handle welding tasks.
  • Welding certifications (e.g., CWB) are an asset.
