Currently we have an opportunity for a Bakery Manager at our 720 Bristol Road, Mississauga location. Your skills that we need for our team are:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the Bakery area

· Hire and onboard new staff

· Train employees on baked goods preparation and proper use of equipment

· Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed

· Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

· Add new items based on seasonality and customers' preferences

· Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service

· Ensure all bakery areas and displays are clean and tidy

· Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

· Knowledge and experience of Mediterranean pastries and desserts such as Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse, unique European & Mediterranean delicacies like Rococo, Paradise, Baklava, Turkish Delight and Pyramid cake is essential.
