- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish/French/Hindi) are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is essential.
