White Cross Dispensary, one of Ottawa's most trusted and community-focused pharmacies, is growing We're looking for a Customer Service Associate / Merchandiser to join our retail and customer service team.
This full-time role combines customer service, merchandising, and cashier responsibilities in a busy and friendly pharmacy environment.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Support merchandising by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store appearance.
- Process sales accurately using the POS system (Auto-Star experience an asset).
- Help receive and organize deliveries; maintain inventory and cleanliness standards.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and retail staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service (pharmacy experience an asset).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and basic data entry.
- Physically able to lift boxes (10–50 lbs) and move between floors (stockroom located in basement).
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Police Record Check required.
- English required; bilingualism (English/French) an asset.
Schedule
- Full-time position involving days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Work schedule is posted 4 months in advance to help you plan ahead.
