B&B Cleanout Services & Enviro Sprayers are jointly run family businesses based out of Abbotsford. We work across the Fraser Valley offering various services to commercial poultry farms including manure cleanout, trucking, blowing, pressure-washing, and disinfecting. We have small crews offering a welcoming, friendly work environment.

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to lead the small crew of our blowout and pressure washing division. If that's you, you can think and work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks. You are comfortable working in dusty farm conditions, doing physical labour. You are willing to learn and improve, asking questions of management when needed. You are someone with a positive attitude, particularly towards clients and your fellow workers. You can manage other workers, assign tasks, and check progress and quality. And you care about quality work and the satisfaction of your customers.

Job description

Responsibilities would include:

  • completing scheduled jobs in the time allotted

  • managing a crew of 1 – 2 individuals to assist you in completing the assigned tasks for each job, whether they be blowing out, hot washing, pressure washing, disinfecting, fogging, etc.

  • transporting equipment to and from various farms every day using a cube van or pickup truck (class 5 license required)

  • making sure all the necessary equipment is transported from the work yard to the job site as needed

  • dealing with minor equipment repairs on-site and identifying any bigger maintenance needs to be reported to management (mechanical/maintenance experience or training an asset)

  • clearly communicating with management regarding any needs for upcoming jobs and correctly reporting on all completed work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
