Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced New Home Sales Representatives to join our team across various locations in the GTA and GGH. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our new home communities, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in the housing market and ability to connect with clients will be crucial in helping them find their dream home.

Duties

  • Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in a new home.
  • Conduct tours of model homes and available properties, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the housing market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and present sales materials, including brochures and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless buying experience for clients.
  • Assist in the negotiation process to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare Builder form agreements of purchase and sale
  • Attend community events and open houses to promote new home offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in new home sales, homebuilder / developer representation.
  • Must have current, valid RECO registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A passion for helping others find their ideal home.
