About Arrive

Arrive is a business that makes meetings more engaging, effective, and enjoyable. We combine beautifully designed spaces, white-glove hospitality, and arrive SPARKS proprietary meeting tools.

Following our successful launch in Scottsdale, Arizona, Arrive is opening its first Canadian location in Toronto in February 2026.

We are a small but growing team with an entrepreneurial spirit. Successful candidates will share that spirit and be self-starters able to operate in a startup environment with experience running and operating an on-site business.

This role manages the full lifecycle of client interactions, ensures operational readiness of the venue, achieves revenue targets through proactive sales outreach, and coordinates vendor and staff support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

General Business Manager

Ability to manage a team and customers

  1. Evidence of being a self-starter running an operation with minimal guidance
  2. Autonomous and motivated to develop a business

Sales & Business Development

  1. Experience managing a full sales cycle, including:
  2. Outreach & lead generation
  3. Conducting tours and respond to inquiries quickly and efficiently
  4. Issuing proposals & converting them into bookings
  5. Tracking key performance metrics and refining the sales process

Venue Operations & Management

  1. Ensuring the venue is customer ready in accordance with arrive standards
  2. Managing inventory, supplies and ordering
  3. Coordinating maintenance, cleaning, and AV support
  4. Overseeing all on-site meetings & events
  5. Managing pre-arrival communications and post-event follow-ups
  6. Serving as an on-site host and resource able to aid customers with in-meeting requests
  7. Coordinating any temporary / part-time staff needs that arise based on venue occupancy
  8. Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years in a leadership position in hospitality, sales, or venue/event management
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Must be able to stand, occasionally lift and move furniture and reconfigure rooms.
  • Ability to use google suite of computer products
  • Occasional travel to arrive at US headquarters may be required for meetings with the executive team.
