We're a locally loved flower shop with a fun and energetic team environment. At Divine Creations, we take pride in crafting beautiful arrangements and giving exceptional service to every customer who walks through our door. We're now looking for a part-time team member who brings creativity and a passion for floral design to our shop.

Who You Are

You're someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 1–2 years of floral experience
  • Loves working with people and can provide friendly, attentive customer service
  • Is coachable, a quick learner, and eager to grow their skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks smoothly
  • Has a keen eye for design and detail
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Is available to work on weekends (we are closed on all non-holiday Sundays)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and holidays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with plant, flower and merchandise selection
  • Process, clean, and prep fresh flowers
  • Unpack shipments and manage inventory
  • Prepare and organize deliveries and pickups
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop
  • Assist with administrative and general shop duties as needed
  • Operate POS systems for processing sales transactions accurately
  • *Please note that this role requires standing for the majority of the work day
