Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the SAP ECC to S/4 HANA transformation for a large-scale enterprise program. You'll orchestrate the day-to-day delivery, oversee multiple workstreams, manage program scope and risks, and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners. This role requires deep SAP expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven experience driving complex technology transformations.

Must-Have Qualifications:


• 10+ years SAP Program Management experience


• 10+ years SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience


• 10+ years managing large-scale transformation programs


• Experience with SAP Rise, Agile & Waterfall methodologies


• Expertise in BTP and Cloud migration


• Excellent communication and leadership skills


• Proven success delivering at least two large SAP projects and one S/4HANA transformation

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:


• Previous experience in Utilities, Energy, or large enterprise environments


• Experience managing System Integrators and offshore teams


• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
