We are seeking an organized, motivated and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic growing team. With state-of-the-art equipment and a commitment to excellence in beauty education, we are dedicated to providing our students with a transformative learning experience. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong multitasking abilities, and a commitment to supporting our educational mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and students with a warm, professional and welcoming demeanor
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Maintain accurate student records and assist with scheduling appointments
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Address student and client concerns or complaints efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Support administrative tasks and collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the student experience
Administrative Duties:
- Ensure the front desk is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Schedule and confirm appointments for students and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, client appointments, and other relevant data.
- Assist with student enrollment and orientation processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate with students, staff, and faculty members regarding schedules, events, and other relevant information.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters, flyers, and other communications.
- Support Services:
- Provide administrative support to staff and faculty as needed.
- Assist in organizing college events, workshops, and seminars.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus
Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and record-keeping.
- Working Conditions:
- The position is performed in a college environment.
- Regular working hours with occasional evenings or weekends as needed for college events or special occasions.

Salary:
Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year depending on experience
