TalkInc is a dynamic private practice offering speech and language services for children across Ontario. We are currently seeking a registered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor, providing in-person assessment while supervising CDA/SLPA caseload virtually.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TalkInc, you will:

  • Provide in-person assessments, virtual consultations, and supervision of support personnel for a variety of communication disorders
  • Design personalized treatment plans using SMART goals and best practice guidelines
  • Offer client-centered care, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed
  • Supervise CDAs (with supplemental pay) and support their professional growth
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with CASLPO regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active CASLPO registration in good standing
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
