Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, treatments, and blowouts.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations.
• Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salon revenue.
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently at the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education.
• Assist with retail sales and promotional activities to maximize salon profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon environment.
• Ability to upsell products tactfully while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice.
• Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
