Accounting Clerk
to join our team in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for drivers and staff
  • Prepare and post accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate financial and clerical records
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and financial summaries
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll (as the primary)
  • At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
