About the Talent Acquisition Team
To put it in the simplest way possible - our team is responsible for growing the global Riverside team. We focus on delivering the best talent to our partners, while being fully aligned with the company's strategy and business. This means going above and beyond, using all the needed resources, in order to find, attract and hire the ones who will move the needle. We have the privilege of shaping the way that Riverside will look like in the future.
On your day to day
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for E2E recruitment mainly for GTM positions in North America, including finding, attracting, interviewing and hiring top talent. You will partner with managers of all levels, including C-level, and have a complete ownership of the recruitment pipeline, funnel and process.
RequirementsWhat Will Make You Stand Out?
- At least 2+ years experience in high-tech recruitment, preferably working with/in SaaS or start-up companies
- Deep understanding of the local GTM talent market trends
- Proficient sourcing skills
