Duties

• Warmly greet clients and assist with check-in at the front desk.- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments.- Assist with hair styling services under supervision or independently.- Uphold sanitation standards throughout the salon, including cleaning stations and tools.- Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their at-home care, with experience in meeting daily sales goals.- Support the team in promoting products and services through retail sales efforts.- Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, booking appointments, and processing payments.- Ensure the salon environment remains clean, organized, and inviting for clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.- Knowledge of hair styling techniques or a cosmetology background is a plus.- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with clients.- Experience in sanitation practices within a salon or similar setting is advantageous.- Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Prior experience working at the front desk or in administrative roles is beneficial.- Must foster a team environment, embracing the philosophy that Together Everyone Achieves More.

Pay: $750.00-$1,200.00 per week
