We're seeking a Bilingual Marketing Manager (English/French Canadian) to lead content-driven marketing initiatives across Canada. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with innovative AI products while collaborating with a dynamic, cross-functional team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute bilingual marketing campaigns (email, digital, and social) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to manage campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Own campaign performance—track KPIs, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure flawless execution.
  • Document and optimize campaign processes, creating playbooks and best practices for future initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Canada to align messaging and strategy in both English and French.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in English and Canadian French (written and spoken) – this is a must.
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Strong program management skills—you're organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience with content-focused marketing is a big plus.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

Nous recherchons un(e) responsable marketing bilingue (anglais/français canadien) pour diriger des initiatives marketing axées sur le contenu partout au Canada. Il s'agit d'une occasion unique d'acquérir une expérience pratique des produits d'IA novateurs tout en collaborant avec une équipe dynamique et interfonctionnelle.

Vos fonctions

Diriger et exécuter des campagnes marketing bilingues (courriel, numérique et médias sociaux) afin de renforcer la notoriété de la marque et l'engagement client.

Collaborer avec les équipes médias et contenu pour gérer les échéanciers, les jalons et les livrables des campagnes.

Assurer la maîtrise du rendement des campagnes : suivre les indicateurs clés de performance, identifier les risques et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour assurer une exécution sans faille.

Documenter et optimiser les processus de campagne, en créant des guides et des meilleures pratiques pour les initiatives futures.

Travailler de manière transversale avec les intervenants partout au Canada afin d'harmoniser les messages et la stratégie, en anglais et en français.

Ce qu'on recherche

Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français canadien (écrit et parlé) – un atout.

3 à 4 ans d'expérience en marketing numérique, en stratégie de contenu ou en gestion de campagnes.

Capacité démontrée à produire des résultats et à prendre en charge des projets du début à la fin.

Excellentes compétences en gestion de programme – vous êtes organisé, proactif et axé sur les solutions.

Une expérience en marketing axé sur le contenu est un atout majeur.

Prospérer dans des environnements technologiques dynamiques.
