We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright with experience in pharmaceutical or food-grade production environments to join our maintenance team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automatic filling, capping, labeling, and bottling machinery, ensuring smooth operation and compliance with safety and pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on automatic filling and bottling lines, conveyors, and associated packaging equipment.
  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Dismantle and reassemble equipment for cleaning, maintenance, and changeovers in compliance with pharmaceutical sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with production operators and quality assurance staff to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks in accordance with GMP and company policies.
  • Assist in equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and quality control standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Licensed or certified Industrial Millwright (433A) preferred, or equivalent mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical, food, or beverage industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours.

Working Conditions:

  • Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required.
