Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and develop within the electrical trade under the mentorship of experienced professionals. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will assist with a variety of electrical tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience while supporting projects in both residential and industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Safely and effectively use hand and power tools for various electrical tasks.
  • Support the installation of low-voltage systems, including wiring for alarms, communications, and other electronic systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential wiring experience.
  • Must own a set of hand and power tools and be proficient in their use.
  • Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to different job sites.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and grow in the trade.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.
