We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to fill a full-time position at our shop in Whitby, ON. Training to begin immediately.

Experience and base automotive knowledge is required. Knowledge of Mitchell or other invoice/shop management programs is a plus but not necessary.

Positive attitude and enthusiastic work ethic, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as with a team, balancing various tasks. Friendly and courteous manner with customers and exemplary customer service a MUST.

Attention to details - will ensure all work is completed accurately and with precision in a timely manner. Willing to help out and complete tasks as requested.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • maintaining front desk; greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling mechanical appointments, pricing and educating customers on tires/tire repair/mechanical service

  • Quoting jobs, communicating with mechanic and tire techs to ensure streamline repair & execution of jobs

  • Basic housekeeping (ordering supplies, bathroom upkeep, vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, mopping)

  • Other odd jobs as required

Must currently be available Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm

NOV/DEC only - Saturdays 8-4.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Hourly, Biweekly. Details to be discussed based on experience + Goodyear Rewards bonus points (sale based)

Start Date: Immediately

Licence: Driver's Licence (Required) **MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION**
