We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about cars and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an Automotive Lube Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our customers' vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity.

Job Title: Automotive Lube Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.
  • Check and top off fluid levels, including coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
  • Inspect and replace oil, air, and cabin filters as needed.
  • Conduct tire rotations and balance wheels to extend tire life and improve vehicle handling.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as battery checks, bulb replacements, and wiper blade replacements.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed and recommend additional maintenance or repairs to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to address customer questions and concerns regarding their vehicles.
  • Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensuring the shop is clean and organised at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their specific lubrication requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
