We are currently seeking a fixed-term Reservations Agent to join our team in St. John's, NL

Job Duties:

  • Quote fares and book flights for customers
  • Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights
  • Communicate with customers to determine individual needs
  • Address Customer Service issues with empathy and understanding
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Provide general information on PAL Airlines policies and procedures
  • Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills
  • When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience is required
  • 1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
  • Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
