Exciting Contract Opportunity: Senior Project Administrator | Ottawa, ON

We are currently seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Administrator
for one of our reputable public sector clients based in Ottawa. This is a 4-month contract position with a potential for extension.

Job Title: Senior Project Administrator

Location:
Ottawa, ON

Contract Duration: 4months to start with potential of extension

Security Clearance:
SECRET (mandatory)

Compensation:
Competitive (depending on skills and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of complex experimentation projects and campaigns.
  • Submit consolidated visit clearance requests for all participants involved in activities.
  • Implement work plans, initiatives, and project-related activities.
  • Draft official correspondence and facilitate experiment design and execution.
  • Develop staff products supporting joint experimentation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • At least 2 years' experience in planning and coordinating project activities from both international and national perspectives, with examples of contribution to each.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in preparing project documentation such as operational orders, master event lists, assessments, and reports, supported by a relevant résumé and project examples.

Additional Information:

  • A comprehensive understanding of project coordination within a government setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.
