Full Job Description

At K2 Studio, we build and commercialize SaaS ventures and digital products that merge design, technology, and strategy through a design-driven, zero-to-one approach. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who's passionate about crafting intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that balance design principles with function.

You'll play a central role in shaping the look, feel, and flow of our in-house SaaS products. Working closely with our founders and development team, you'll transform abstract ideas into tangible, engaging interfaces — from early wireframes to polished, high-fidelity prototypes.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with founders and the development team to define user journeys, flows, and design requirements.

* Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate product vision and usability.

* Apply strong UI principles (layout, typography, color theory, spacing) to create clean, modern, and scalable designs.

* Conduct iterative design reviews and integrate feedback efficiently for rapid product refinement.

* Develop and maintain component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.

* Use tools like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Webflow to produce both visuals and live prototypes.

* Participate in user testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

* Work across multiple venture studio projects, adapting and evolving design systems for different brands and product verticals.

Requirements

* Proven experience in UI/UX design (SaaS or startup environment preferred).

* Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

* Experience using Webflow or similar no-code tools is a plus.

* Strong understanding of design systems, information hierarchy, and user-centered design.

* Portfolio showcasing modern, functional, and visually refined work.

* Interest in emerging technologies, startups, and iterative product development.

* Ability to move fast, think creatively, and collaborate seamlessly across design and engineering.

Nice to Have

* Experience with motion design or Lottie animations.

* Familiarity with front-end frameworks or developer handoff processes (React, ).

* Experience in branding or product identity design for SaaS products.
