Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team in North Burnaby. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing an important role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations effectively.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using DOM Software
- Handle the office phone system and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification/submission.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental or health care receptionist is not required, but an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- The successful candidate will be friendly, confident, and able to interact well with all patients, most notably, seniors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
