Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Service Crew member to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, the Service Crew will ensure a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation and handling. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
  • Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
