Overview

We are seeking an
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist
to join our team and provide hands-on support for the ongoing implementation of
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
. This role will partner closely with an existing Adobe resource already leading the effort, helping to ensure successful execution, scalability, and integration of Adobe's digital experience solutions.

This is a
hands-on, client-facing, and highly collaborative role
where you will work alongside technical teams, marketing stakeholders, and business users to support journey design, configuration, and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing
  implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  , assisting the lead Adobe resource in building, testing, and deploying customer journeys.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize
  Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  components and workflows as required to enable seamless integration with AJO.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and technology) to understand business requirements and translate them into Adobe-based solutions.
• Assist with
  data mapping, segmentation, and personalization logic
  for AJO campaigns.
• Monitor and troubleshoot journey executions, workflows, and integrations with other marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, analytics tools).
• Provide support for QA/UAT cycles, validating journeys, triggers, and message delivery across channels.
• Document configuration, workflows, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Stay updated on Adobe's product roadmap and best practices to continuously improve solution design.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience
  with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Practical experience with
  Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  – configuration, journey building, triggers, and audience segmentation.
• Understanding of
  customer journey orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel campaign management
  .
• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience working in
  supportive / collaborative roles
  alongside a lead resource or implementation team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues across AEM, AEP, and AJO environments.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certifications in AEM or AJO.
• Experience with other Adobe tools (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their role in marketing technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
