Le poste offert :
Sous la direction du directeur du réseau de cliniques de perfusion PerCuro, l'éducatrice ou l'éducateur clinique est responsable de l'avancement de la pratique clinique et professionnelle de PerCuro Clinical Research Ltd., une filiale à part entière de Sentrex Health Solutions, en élaborant et en mettant en œuvre les politiques et les procédures de la division, ainsi que le matériel de formation destiné au personnel infirmier.
L'éducatrice ou l'éducateur clinique travaillera sur de nombreux projets et initiatives visant à soutenir les meilleures pratiques et la prestation de soins et de services, et assurera l'amélioration continue de la formation en soins infirmiers du réseau de cliniques de perfusion PerCuro.
Une journée dans la vie de (ce que vous ferez ici) :
Élaborer des politiques, des procédures et du matériel de formation en soins infirmiers, et donner une formation efficace en faisant appel à diverses méthodes d'enseignement en fonction de différents styles d'apprentissage.
Favoriser le développement des compétences en perfusion du personnel en proposant des perspectives novatrices, une formation en temps réel et en appliquant des concepts pertinents en pratique infirmière.
Élaborer la philosophie, les politiques et les procédures de la division afin d'assurer un niveau de soins approprié.
Réviser et mettre à jour en permanence le matériel et les méthodes de formation en soins infirmiers afin de maintenir un niveau exceptionnel de connaissances et de fournir ainsi des services de qualité supérieure.
Soutenir et animer les séminaires, les ateliers et les activités de formation afin de contribuer au développement des connaissances, des compétences et des aptitudes du personnel.
Comprendre et gérer tous les problèmes conformément à la mission, à la vision, aux valeurs et à la marque de Sentrex.
Veiller à ce qu'une culture d'amélioration continue soit établie et encouragée.
Apporter son aide à d'autres tâches ou projets qui pourraient être pertinents pour ce rôle.
S'acquitter d'autres tâches à la demande de son supérieur immédiat ou de sa supérieure immédiate.
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir :
Un baccalauréat en sciences infirmières est requis.
De préférence, une maîtrise en sciences infirmières ou en éducation.
Posséder un permis de pratique valide et sans restriction comme infirmière autorisée ou infirmier autorisé dans la province pertinente.
Un certificat d'infirmière éducatrice ou d'infirmier éducateur est un atout majeur.
Au moins 10 ans d'expérience clinique en soins infirmiers avec de solides connaissances de la théorie, de la pratique et de la formation en soins infirmiers.
Une expérience en soins intensifs, en soins d'urgence et en soins de courte durée est un atout majeur.
Une expérience antérieure en enseignement en milieu universitaire ou clinique est fortement souhaitée.
Un certificat en RCR et en premiers soins est requis.
De préférence, un certificat en soins avancés en réanimation cardio-respiratoire (ACLS/ SARS).
Agir comme modèle de rôle positif et démontrer une passion pour les soins infirmiers et la suppression des obstacles aux soins aux patients.
Faire preuve de compétence en pratique clinique, en développement de programmes et en formation.
Capacité à travailler efficacement comme agent de changement.
Excellent sens de l'organisation; grand souci du détail.
Excellent esprit d'analyse, y compris l'interprétation des règlements et des lois.
Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes : capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et efficiente.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, y compris en correction d'épreuves/révision et en assurance de la qualité.
Excellentes compétences en présentation et en animation.
Des déplacements occasionnels peuvent être nécessaires.
Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP, Clinical Services, the Bilingual Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating clinical training programs for partner clinics across Canada in both English and French. This role serves as a clinical subject-matter expert (SME), providing education, support, and guidance to external partner sites and internal French-speaking clinical staff. The Nurse Educator will develop training materials, lead virtual and in-person sessions, ensure clinical best practices are upheld, and support product or program adoption across the network.
A Day in the Life (What you will do here):
Clinical Education & Training
Plan, develop, and facilitate bilingual (EN/FR) training programs for partner clinics, internal teams, and service providers.
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, including onboarding, skills-based workshops, refresher sessions, and continuing education.
Provide clinical coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure safe, effective, and compliant practice across all partner locations
Assess learning needs and adapt training delivery to various audience
Content Development & Documentation
Create bilingual training materials including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, quick- reference guides, SOPs, and job aids.
Ensure all educational content aligns with organizational standards, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Review and update French translations of clinical documentation, patient materials, and training content for accuracy and clarity.
Subject-Matter Expertise (SME)
- Serve as the primary clinical expert for French-speaking in-house clinic staff and all third-party partners.
- Provide guidance on clinical workflows, best practices, product usage, and program protocols.
- Act as an escalation point for clinical questions or complex cases requiring specialized knowledge
- Maintain current knowledge of Canadian clinical regulations, accreditation standards, and provincial nursing requirements.
Program Implementation & Support
- Support rollout of new programs, products, or processes across partner clinics nationwide.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and consistent standards of care.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, compliance, and clinical outcomes.
- Identify gaps or risks within partner clinics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with partner clinics, serving as a trusted advisor and clinical liaison.
- Represent the organization professionally at meetings, conferences, and training events.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure partner engagement and satisfaction.
What you need to ensure you are set up for success:
Education & Certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent required, Master's degree an asset.
- Current registration in good standing with a provincial nursing regulatory body
- Additional certifications in adult education, training, or specialty clinical areas (e.g., diabetes, wound care, infusion therapy) are strong assets.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience (hospital, community, or specialized setting).
- Experience as a Nurse Educator, Clinical Instructor, or in professional training roles required
- Experience delivering bilingual education (EN/FR), both virtually and in person.
- Experience working with multi-site clinical operations is a strong asset
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and adult learning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to create polished training materials and e-learning content.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple training schedules.
- Ability to travel across Canada (50%).
